Kitty City is a fully separate, cat-only grooming environment designed with feline comfort in mind. Appointments are available Sundays or by special request.

A Few Notes Before You Book

• Appointments: Dog and cat forms are separate. Be sure to choose the correct one.
  
  
• Pricing: Quotes
• given by phone and finalized based on coat condition, behavior, and grooming needs. We do not negotiate our prices for any reason. 
  
  
• Punctuality & Communication:
• Timeliness and accessibility help us provide the best care. Being on time for both pick and drop off is mandatory. We need to be able to reach you during your appointment time this is mandatory. Please remember we have your baby in our care and may haev questions
  
  
• Aggression Policy:
  
  
• Cats: We coordinate with vets for cats needing medication.
  
  
• Dogs: We refer aggressive dogs to specialized facilities.
  
  
• Spay/Neuter Policy: All pets must be altered to receive services.
  
  
• No-Show & Cancellation Policy: 48-hour notice required. Missed appointments without notice may result in removal from our client list.

Being a low volume shop is something treasured by our families and ishard to find in the grooming world. For that reason our dog grooming schedule is limited but we do accept new clients that we can fit in our rotation.

We only accept dog clients that have their dogs groomed regularly and looking to become apart of our family!  There will be an interview process before you can be added to our schedule.
